WHAT KIND OF APPOINTMENT DO YOU NEED?

  • Spay or Neuter — New Client

    Part 1: Surgical Overview Call

Call in at one of the scheduled times and learn about how surgery is performed and what it might mean for your pet. (Even if you aren’t particularly interested in the process, this is a legal requirement for scheduling).

If you have a purebred cat, we require a pre-surgical wellness exam to discuss the increased anesthetic risk due to the higher incidence of heart issues such as hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.  Please call the clinic to set that appointment rather than signing up for a conference call.

Surgeries are booking out roughly 12-16 weeks after completion of the conference call.

Use the Calendar above to sign up!

    Part 2: Surgical Day

Once you’ve received an overview of the procedure, preparatory process, after-care and associated risks, give the clinic a call and schedule your pet’s big day!

Please call our main line (608) 405-3148

    then press 3,

    then press 1.

  • Spay or Neuter — I’ve Been There Before

For the time being, online scheduling for surgical patients is disabled because the program doesn’t have a good way to identify returning clients (it’s handled through a different program than the portal above).

Please call our main line (608) 405-3148

    then press 2,

    then press 1.

  • Wellness

Email is our preferred method for scheduling wellness appointments, for new clients or current clients; please email us at: [email protected]

If you’d like to schedule over the phone, please call our main line (608) 405-3148

Very often, our phone tree will guide your call to the voicemail; leave a message with as much information as possible and we will return the call as soon as we are able to.  One important note is that when we call you back, our number will show up as unknown or restricted on your caller ID (a quirk of how the phone tree works with Google Voice).
